Durbar at in Nagoba Jatara held
The 71st durbar of Keslapur Nagoba Jatara was organised on a grand scale amid people here in Indravelli on Monday.Minister for Endowments A Indrakaran Reddy, Forest Minister Jogu Ramanna, MP G Nagesh, Local legislator Rekha Nayak, Boath MLA Bapurao have participated as chief guests.

Earlier,the two Ministers performed special poojas to the idolof Sri Nagoba whom the mesram tribes worship as God.
Speaking at the durbar, Indrakaran Reddy said the State government has been implementing several welfare schemes such as KG to PG free education, nine hours of uninterrupted power to farmers, double bed room houses and Shadi Mubarak and Kalyana Lakshmi schemes.
He said the government is giving 6kg rice to white ration card holders by incurring additional expenditure of Rs 800 crores.
Nagoba Committee chairman Mesram Anand Rao, District Collector Buddha Prakash, Mancherial Collector R V Karnan, Asifabad Collector Champalal, Assistant Collector Anurag Jayanth, various tribal leaders, Mesram family members took part in the jatara.
