Asifabad: Girl Child Development Officer Shakunthala said that she will strive hard to make girls to pursue studies in residential schools.
She inspected the local residential school here on Thursday and advised tenth class students to study well for the coming board exams.
She suggested the girls to bring any issue concerning them to her notice. Later speaking to the media, Shakunthala said that they will try to improve the pass percentage of students in the government girls residential schools in the district.
Later she inspected the school kitchen.School Headmaster Shankar, HWO Latha and others accompanied the GCDO.
