Sircilla Collector visits ailing students at hospital
District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar visited the Government Area Hospital in Sircilla on Thursday and enquired the condition of students of Social Welfare Hostel undergoing treatment.
They fell sick after being given iron tablets
Sircilla: District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar visited the Government Area Hospital in Sircilla on Thursday and enquired the condition of students of Social Welfare Hostel undergoing treatment.
According to sources, 18 of the total 400 students studying in Sircilla Social Welfare Hostel fell sick after taking iron tablets on Wednesday night.
Hospital doctor Raghu explained the Collector that people will react differently after taking Iron tablets depending on their health conditions and will fall ill for a limited period.
But, he assured that they will recover soon with proper treatment. Collector Krishna Bhaskar suggested the students to take the tablets as per the doctors’ advice and wished them speedy recovery.
