23 students of Narsampet Govt Degree College selected for Jignasa
As many as 23 students of Narsampet Government Degree College have been selected for ‘Jignasa’, a State-level presentation and selection of student study protects.
Narsampet: As many as 23 students of Narsampet Government Degree College have been selected for ‘Jignasa’, a State-level presentation and selection of student study protects.
The programme is being conducted under the aegis of Commissionerate of collegiate education to develop interest in research and cross-curriculum skills among graduation level students. Initially a district level competition was conducted to select the students for the State-level.
On Monday, four students of life sciences stream have presented their study projects through a power point presentation in Hyderabad. Similarly three students of physical sciences, six commerce students, five English students and five social sciences students would present their projects.
Cash incentives to the study projects which will be adjudged as the best projects under the Jignasa programme at the State-level and they would be taken on a field visit to different organizations engaged in scientific work.
The College Principal, B Chandramouli, has appreciated the students for getting selected for State-level project presentation and hoped that they would excel at the state level event.
