Nirmal: While the State government is taking all the necessary steps and leaving no stone unturned to ensure better facilities and services to the passengers at various bus stations in the Telangana State, the services offered and the facilities available at the Bhainsa Bus Station are highly deplorable.

Passengers who come here to catch buses to reach their destinations are being put to lot of trouble Even the officials concerned at the depot are not sure about the arrivals and departures of various buses.

Speaking to The Hans India here on Tuesday, some of the passengers alleged that the schedules of arrivals and departures keep changing frequently and correct information was not being given to them. Moreover, some of the services get cancelled at the last minute without prior information, they lamented.

In one such instance, passengers were waiting at the Bhainsa depot to catch a bus to go to Kagaznagar via Mancherial. When a passenger inquired from the controller, he told them that the bus would come in 10 minutes.

When the enquiry was done for the second time, the response was a shocker to the passengers listening to the announcement about the cancellation of the bus. The passengers were furious with the officials over the functioning of the TSRTC bus depot

In another instance, bus services to Nagpur were cancelled without giving any prior information to the passengers and the passengers were left in the lurch.

Another problem is that the buses do not arrive and depart from the same platform everyday and they keep changing. The platform numbers keep changing.

Speaking to The Hans India, Laxman said that they were leaving for Kagaznagar to attend the funeral of a relative.

We were waiting for the bus to come. Later, it was shocking to listen to the announcement about the cancellation of the bus, he lamented. I have spoken to the depot manager who misguided me claiming that the bus had already left.

Later, he gave a call back and informed about the cancellation of the bus saying that the collections on the route to Kagaznagar were not satisfactory and thus it was cancelled, he added.
The passengers expressed the hope that the TSRTC staff would provide better services in future.
