Distribution of aid to disabled from today
President of Sahithi Voluntary Organisation for Disabled Taduka Srinivas informed that the aids and appliances would be distributed to disabled persons belonging to Karimnagar and Sircilla districts on February 13, in association with the Department for Empowerment of Disabled of Khanpur here in Karimnagar.
​Karimnagar: President of Sahithi Voluntary Organisation for Disabled Taduka Srinivas informed that the aids and appliances would be distributed to disabled persons belonging to Karimnagar and Sircilla districts on February 13, in association with the Department for Empowerment of Disabled of Khanpur here in Karimnagar.
He stated that with the step taken by MP B Vinod Kumar, the Department for Empowerment of Disabled of Khanpur came forward for distribution of aids and appliances to the disabled present in Karimnagar and Sircilla districts on February 13 and to the persons of Jagitial and Peddapalli districts on February14.
“The equipments include tricycles, wheelchairs, crutches, spectacles and artificial limbs,” he added. He urged the persons with disabilities to make use the opportunity. He also urged them to bring Sadaram and income certificates along with Aadhaar Card and two photos which show their disability.
