Earlier, qualification was enough to get a job but now scenario has been changed, he said during the campus drive, organised here on Monday.
Vice-Cairman of the institution B Satyaprasad said communication skills were playing a vital role in landing a job. He asked the students to improve the required skills.
BHEA Software Company held campus drive. As many as 230 students appeared for the exam followed by group discussion, interview and 42 were shortlisted for the jobs.
