Nizamabad: Leaders and members of the PDSU took out a huge rally at the Dharna chowk in the city on Tuesday protesting against the refusal of permission by the police to participate in T-JAC chief Kodandaram’s rally to be held in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media here, PDSU leader Saundarya said that it was unfortunate that the police were forcibly preventing them from taking part in the rally in support of the youth.

Saundarya lashed out at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for making false promise of providing job to each and every family in Telangana during the 2014 general elections and going back on it after coming to power. She demanded the government to fulfill the promise without fail.

She said that permission should be given to the people to attend Kodandaram’s rally. Otherwise, the PDSU would launch an agitation against the State government, she warned. The PDSU also formed a human chain at the Dharna Chowk.
