Nalgonda: As many as 24 persons suffered injuries in four separate road accidents in erstwhile Nalgonda district on Wednesday.

As per the official sources, in Yadadri district, an auto coming from Munipampula to Ramannapet turned turtle on the outskirts of the Ramannapet. In this incident, 12 passengers were hurt. They were shifted to Ramannapet government hospital.

In Nalgonda district, in a triangle collision of Narketapally RTC bus, a lorry and an auto on NH-65 near Chiyala bus stand, two passengers of the bus, auto driver and persons travelling on a bike suffered severe injuries and were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.

In Suryapet district, two accidents took place at Nadigudem and Kodad mandals. An auto overturned in which 20 inter students of Raghavapuram of Mothey mandal were travelling home after writing exam at Brundavanapuram of Nadigudem.

In this incident, five students suffered injuries and were shifted to Suryapet government hospital. In another incident that took place at Nallabandagudem of Kodad mandal, a car that was punctured lost its control and hit the divider and injured three students who were standing by the roadside.
