Khammam: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Working President Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka urged the student leaders to participate in Chaitanya Yatra in Khammam on March 11, organised under National Students Union of India (NSUI), in large numbers and make it a grand success.

Releasing the poster of Chaitanya Yatra here in the camp office at VDO’s Colony in Khammam, Bhatti said the Yatra was held to study the problems existing in Gurukul, ST, SC and BC welfare hostels and to fight for the welfare of students.

He said the main purpose of the Yatra was to make TRS government realise how it was implementing the anti-educational policies and also about lack of basic facilities in universities, pending scholarships, fee reimbursement and the protests by jobless youth.

He urged the students of various educational institutions to participate in large numbers and make the Yatra a grand success. NSUI leaders Yadlapalli Santhosh, Sandeep, Veginati Uday and Ravinder were present along with others.
