For every can, that a human drinks his or her risk of diabetes and obesity increases by 60 per cent. It is one of the causes of osteoporosis, tooth decay, heart burn, cardiovascular diseases, and blood pressure to name a few.

These beverages are examples of what has gone wrong with our food life creating diseases and has nothing in it that can help your body or mind. Are you tired of getting worried about managing health and keeping weight down but you yet like an occasional beverage.

Make smart choices and say goodbye to all these problems! Switch from aerated-drinks, soft-drinks, mocktails, fruit juices, cocktails to healthier alternatives and see the tremendous change. The ban of Coke and Pepsi by the Tamil Nadu traders needs to extend to all unhealthy drinks not only the ones that are the most popular.

Banning per say may not be the answer, but educating the nation may be a wiser step, on the perils of the wrong choices of your beverage. Let’s look at commonly available choices that are good for you.
