Adilabad: The annual wrestling competitions, organised on the eve of Holi, were held at Bazar Hatnoor of the district on Sunday.
It has been a tradition with the mandal headquarters to hold wrestling competitions for over a century. Wrestlers from neighbouring Maharashtra participated in the event in good numbers.
The winners were awarded Rs 50,000 prize money. People from neighbouring villages thronged Bazar Hatnoor to enjoy the spectacle of the competition.
