Khammam: The city Secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI) S K Janimiya alleged that the officials of the City Municipal Corporation and the District Administration along with the ruling party leaders have failed to provide basic facilities to the down trodden people belonging to SC, ST, BC and Muslim minorities living in 50 divisions of Khammam city.

A meeting was held with the representatives of the City unit of the CPI party under the leadership of the Anugu Gandhi here at Giri Prasad Bhavan on Thursday.
