Free anaemia check-up camp held
Dr B N Rao Foundation organised a free anaemia check-up camp for the students of CSF Girls Welfare Hostel in Karimnagar on Tuesday.
​Karimnagar: Dr B N Rao Foundation organised a free anaemia check-up camp for the students of CSF Girls Welfare Hostel in Karimnagar on Tuesday.
The representatives of the foundation, supervised by Dr Jhansi, distributed iron and multi-vitamin tablets for two months along with providing nutritious diet to the girls.
Speaking on the occasion, the president of the foundation, Dr B N Rao said that they are conducting free anaemia camp for every two months in CSF welfare hostel and distributing medicines along with providing nutritious diet and will continue for one year.
The main intention of organising the free anaemia camp to the students of welfare hostel is to get rid of anaemia among children within one year of time, which is more in girls.
Dr B N Rao expressed thanks to the hostel warden for cooperating with the foundation in organising the free anaemia camp.
