Nalgonda: Senior Congress leader and Former Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah accused the TRS leaders of blackmailing the managements of factories and collecting huge donations from them for party’s public meeting in Warangal to be conducted on April 27.

Addressing media during a press meet in Nalgonda on Thursday, Lingaiah mocked stating that if Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy and MLA Veeresham got Rs 3 lakh for three minutes work of lifting cartons in a industry located in Narketpalli, then the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao should get Rs 3 crore for the same work.

Managements of the industries are against these kinds of cheap acts of TRS leaders, he underlined, advised the leaders of ruling party to help farmers harvesting paddy and use the hard-earned money for party plenary meeting and get good name in the public.

Congress party leaders Shishupal Reddy, Eshwar and others participated in the press meet.
