Dalits murder case: Arrest culprits, student unions demand
The representatives of various student unions demanded the State government arrest the persons involved in the murder case of dalits, Manthani Madhukar and Enugula Rakesh and do justice.
Karimnagar: The representatives of various student unions demanded the State government arrest the persons involved in the murder case of dalits, Manthani Madhukar and Enugula Rakesh and do justice.
The student leaders alleged that the State government was trying to divert the attention of the people by celebrating the birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar officially without arresting the persons involved in the murder of the two dalits.
The student union leaders protested Ambedkar’s birth anniversary celebrations by the district officials. The police officials intervened and arrested the leaders and shifted them to rural police station.
The student unions leaders demanded the police release of arrested leaders. The student leaders Bhagyaraj, Janardhan, Ramesh, Karnakar, Ranjith and Upendar were arrested by police officials.
