While speaking at the meeting of tenant farmers here on Tuesday at Bodepudi Bhavan, leaders of the Association Bonthu Rambabu and Karnati Hanumantha Rao said the new scheme was a part of cash transfer scheme.
They said that the scheme should have been grounded in this agriculture season itself. But keeping view of elections, it is scheduled from the next year, they alleged.
