Banswada: District Collector Dr N Satyanarayana toured the Banswada town on Friday and conducted ‘bhoomi puja’ for the construction of individual levorotary.
Speaking on the occasion, Satyanarayana said that in all, 3,500 double bedroom houses were sanctioned for the entire district. “We will complete the works as soon as possible”, he said.
The Collector directed the officials to speed up the MNREGA works. He asked the villagers to avail the MNREGA scheme.He urged the people to plant saplings as part of Haritha Haaram scheme.
Later, he watered saplings. Officials of various departments sarpanch Gangaram and a large number of villagers were present on the occasion.
