First phase of 2BHK houses in Sircilla to be completed by Dasara

Surender Reddy inspected the construction of 2BHK houses in Mandepalli village on Friday. The construction works of as many as 1,260 double bedroom houses by Navateja Infrastructure Private Limited of Hyderabad are going on war-footing on the outskirts of Mandepalli village at a cost of Rs 70 crores under the supervision of Roads and Buildings department, he said.
The Site Engineer assured that the 300 to 350 2BHK with G+2 in 105 blocks in about 27 acres under first phase will be completed by the coming Dasara festival. The remaining houses will be completed by the end of November, 2018.
District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar and District Revenue Officer Shyam Lal Prasad have been regularly inspecting the progress of works along with giving proper guidelines.
‘We are going to speed up the works in the next 10 days by deploying 500 to 600 workers along with technicians to finish up the works in time before to the rainy season,’ Site Engineer Surender Reddy informed.
