Complete Mission Bhagiratha works by December: Karimnagar Collector
District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed inspected the construction works of tanks and underground pipeline works that were under progress as part of Mission Bhagiratha at Kamanpura village of Thimmapur mandal and also LMD, Ramakrishnapur, Subhashnagar and Porundla villages in the district on Tuesday.
​Karimnagar: District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed inspected the construction works of tanks and underground pipeline works that were under progress as part of Mission Bhagiratha at Kamanpura village of Thimmapur mandal and also LMD, Ramakrishnapur, Subhashnagar and Porundla villages in the district on Tuesday.
He directed the officials and engineers concerned to speed up the works to complete the project by the end of December, as the government is keen on supplying safe drinking water to every household in the district.
The Collector warned the officials that stringent action would be taken against those, who behave negligently and involve in irregularities in the construction works of tanks and underground pipeline works of Mission Bhagiratha.He was accompanied with engineers concerned.
