Officials told to address water issues in Nalgonda
District Collector Gaurav Uppal ordered the Municipal officials to make proper plans to address drinking water issues. On Tuesday, the Collector conducted a review meeting with the officials of Nalgonda, Miryalaguda and Devarakonda municipalities.

Addressing the officials, he advised them to provide water tanks where ever necessary and assured of sanctioning funds to Devarakonda Municipality to cater to drinking water needs of denizens. Stating that pending bills of tankers would be cleared, he informed that special funds would be sanctioned if necessary.
He directed the Commissioners of Nalgonda and Miryalaguda municipalities to intensify the works sanctioned under Central government scheme, Amrut. Rural Water Supply Executive Engineer Paparao, Municipal Commissioners Rajender, Satyam Babu, Purnachander and others participated in themeeting.
