Officials told to speed up 2BHK works in Nalgonda
District Collector Gaurav Uppal ordered the officials concerned to expedite works of 2 BHK houses in the district. On Tuesday, the Collector conducted a review meeting at his camp office in Nalgonda.

Stating that the government had sanctioned 400 houses to each constituency in first phase and 1,000 houses in second phase, Gaurav directed the officials to complete works of 400 houses, sanctioned in the first phase, at the earliest.
He also asked the officials to search suitable lands for the construction of 1,000 houses that are sanctioned in the second phase.
He advised them to select the beneficiaries transparently as per the guidelines of the government, otherwise face stringent action.
Housing PD Rajkumar, Panchayat Raj EE Basker Rao, R & B SE Balaswamy and others attended the meeting.
