He along with District Collector R V Karnan, ENC Engineer Muralidhar Rao and Chief Engineer N Venkateswarlu reviewed the progress of works at the project site on Friday.
Joshi directed the officials concerned to speed up the land acquisition works to complete the works within stipulated time.
Tahsildars Dileep Kumar and Jyothi Rajeswari, mandal officer Mancherial Prathap, executive engineer Kanakesh and other officials were present.
