Judson for Jharkhand PCC polls
The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed TPCC general secretary Bakka Judson as the Assistant Pradesh Returning Officer for the party’s upcoming organisational elections in Jharkhand.
Warangal: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed TPCC general secretary Bakka Judson as the Assistant Pradesh Returning Officer for the party’s upcoming organisational elections in Jharkhand.
While issuing an appointment letter in this regard, Mullappally Ramachandran, Vadakara MP and the chairman of the AICC Central Election Authority, directed Judson to contact the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee. He will be assisting former MP Charandas Mahant, who was appointed as the Pradesh Returning Officer.
Judson, who worked as the State general secretary of Youth Congress and NSUI in the past, was also in-charge for the Youth Congress’ organisational elections in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Mumbai.
Judson, who hails from Warangal Urban district, will take part in the Jharkhand PCC meeting in Ranchi on May 16. Speaking to The Hans India, he thanked the AICC functionaries for giving him an opportunity to work for the party.
