Meet on voter enrolment held in Suryapet
District Collector Surendra Mohan advised the college students must enroll as voters. On Wednesday, he attended as chief guest to a programme that was held to create awareness on enrolment of voters for degree and engineering students at collectorate.Â

Addressing the students, Surendra Mohan said students who attained 18 years of age were eligible to register as voters. “Either register vote at native place or at present residing place,” he said, suggesting the students to submit declaration form.
Those who want to register as voters have to approach the election cell Tahsildar or booth level officer, he informed. Students can apply through www.ceotelangana.nic.in.
The Collector further advised the college managements to form committees to help students enroll online by May 22.
