Be cautious about court cases; Sircilla Collector tells officials
District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar ordered the officials of various government departments to be cautious about court cases regarding political parties and warned of stringent action against those officials, who neglect their duties.
​Sircilla: District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar ordered the officials of various government departments to be cautious about court cases regarding political parties and warned of stringent action against those officials, who neglect their duties.
He chaired a review meeting with the officials of various departments to discuss about the pending court cases at his chamber in the Collectorate here on Thursday.
Speaking at the meeting, the Collector ordered the officials to respond immediately to the cases regarding political parties without any delay by counter filing the cases along with submitting the true copy of counterfoil to him.
The Collector also ordered the officials concerned to submit the affidavit, counterfoil, judgment and implementation details regarding the cases of political parties to him without any delay.
District Revenue Officer Shyam Lal Prasad and AO Gangaram were also present in the meeting along with the officials of various government departments.
