The Collector, who addressed the job aspirants at the mela, advised them to tell lies during job interview regarding their profile while saying that it is a normal practice for all to tell lies in interviews.

Amrapali trying to be practical, went on to say that one should ‘exaggerate and inflate’ the details related to personality, ‘You won’t get jobs if you speak truth’; she adds.She also suggested the youth to overcome tension and not to fear while facing job interview.

The job aspirants should accept the jobs wherever be the place of work and try to prove their skills. ‘Don’t think that you should get job in Warangal alone, if so you won’t get any job’ she cautioned.Addressing the gathering later, the Dy CM Srihari referred to the District Collectors’ suggestion on exaggeration of thing.

He warned the youth to be cautious and be convincing while telling lies. ‘In my opinion it is better not to tell lies, otherwise you would be forced to lose an employment chance,’ he said.He further noted that one should be confident and reflect their skills while answering questions in an interview.

These contradictory suggestions from an official and a minister have left the job aspirants in perplex whether to tell lies or not.
