Food Krafters and Services (FKS) launched its new restaurant, ‘Kebab Stories’ on Friday in Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad restaurant, Road No 3, Banjara Hills.

The newly launched Kebab Stories is a rooftop restaurant and it will serve live-cooked kebabs from various parts of the world. It has an Al Fresco style dining (dining outside) set up so that diners can enjoy the street food experience in the evening.

Items on the menu are ‘Aloo Ghosht Barra’, ‘Bhatti da Murgh’, ‘Murgh Champ Bemisal’, ‘Mutton Shifta Seekh’, ‘Rampuri Seena’, and ‘Sajji Murgh Kandhari’. All these items are available from May 28 and the restaurant is open only for dinner.

“I had this concept of Kebab Stories in my mind since many years. It inspired by my travels to Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Based on my travel experience in India and around the countries, I created the unique menu,” said Pradeep Khosla, CEO and Corporate Chef, FKS.

“We changed the dishes suit to the local flavors. The concept is new and I guess Hyderabad people love it. There is a story behind each kebab, like how they originated and why they are so popular. We created these kebabs using original recipes from various regions of the world and adapting it to suit the Indian Palate,” adds Pradeep.
