DKICs inaugurated in Nalgonda, Suryapet & Yadadri
District Collector Gaurav Uppal inaugurated District Knowledge and Innovative Centre (DKIC) at Collectorate in Nalgonda on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said the centre would regulate comprehensive data on the district and help creating plans for successful implementation of welfare and developmental schemes.Â
​Nalgonda: District Collector Gaurav Uppal inaugurated District Knowledge and Innovative Centre (DKIC) at Collectorate in Nalgonda on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said the centre would regulate comprehensive data on the district and help creating plans for successful implementation of welfare and developmental schemes.
The centre would aid in exploring the data collected through comprehensive household survey. Assessment studies would be part of activities taken up by centre, which will also recognise the assets through asset mapping to ensure their proper use.
Students, research scholars and faculty from college and universities would be engaged in the process of research and documentation.
Developmental policies and proposals given by them and the officials would be implemented in coordination with district administration and Chief Planning Officer.
Meanwhile, the DIK centres were also simultaneously inaugurated in Suryapet by Collector Surendra Mohan and in Yadadri district by Joint Collector Ravi Naik.
