100 crore for Bhadradri temple development, assures Tummala
Minister for Roads and Buildings Tummala Nageswara Rao on Thursday directed the officials to prepare a master plan for developing Bhadradri temple on the lines of Yadadri.
Hyderabad: Minister for Roads and Buildings Tummala Nageswara Rao on Thursday directed the officials to prepare a master plan for developing Bhadradri temple on the lines of Yadadri.
At a review meeting at Secretariat, Tummala asked to prepare Detailed Project Reports, begin works in July and call tenders in August. “The government will give Rs 100 crore for the development of Bhadradri temple in Khammam,” he said.
The Minister, meanwhile, took a look at the design of the temple and made some suggestions on the changes to be made. Tummala also asked the officials to take suggestions from Chinna Jeeyar Swamy on the development of the temple.
Only after taking Chinna Jeeyar Swamy’s advice, the plan should be prepared, he said. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would make an announcement soon on Bhakta Ramadasu Memorial Trust, the Minister said.
