These multi-colored, enticing foods are probably Instagram-worthy but not worth your health. Ditch these artificially coloured and sugar-laden treats for a unicorn diet full of vibrant VIBGYOR vegetables.

RED - Watermelons, red chillies, cherries, tomatoes and red bell peppers are rich in lycopene and antioxidants. These foods cut prostate cancer risk by half and reduce cholesterol levels.
