Fathers, it’s time to be one step ahead of your kids this back to school season.

Add a resolution on Father’s Day to stick to these tips and bounce out of your holiday slumber and back into school mode:

  1. Hydrate yourself with a glass of water upon waking up.
  2. Boost alertness and concentration by having a banana in the morning to cope with your kid upon waking up.
  3. Lessen your caffeine by adding green tea and sipping on herbal infusions, prevents anxiety and you manage your offspring’s better.
  4. Enhance your memory with omega-3, which is found in walnuts, to be sharper than your children.
  5. Reboot your brain with the addition of shades of yellow, orange, red veggies add on the cow’s ghee to absorb the beta-carotene to outsmart the child.
  6. Pack in the other vegetables to prevent ill health to be one step ahead of the youngsters.
  7. Ditch the sugar, add on the fruit don’t forget the coconut it cuts sweet craving preventing sugar lows keeping you calm and cool over your adolescents antics.
  8. Add small amounts of proteins but don’t pile them up to energies to cope with your kids.
  9. Put in the carbohydrates like and don’t think of ditching them as they satiate you but remember your roti, your rice or you bread should always be had with vegetables. A satisfied soul is not an angry soul so you will be able to deal better with the clowning around of your children.
  10. Snacks on nuts and seeds and soar like the eagle so that you can guard your young ones with eagle eyes.
  11. Add a probiotic drink to your daily meals to boost immunity so that you can be on your toes with ease to survive your children’s tantrums.
  12. Keep hydrating yourself to prevent fatigue setting in so at the end of the day you are yet mentally able to deal with whatever your child throws in your direction.
