Karimnagar: It is the responsibility of Green Brigadiers to encourage the people for successful implementation of planting of one lakh saplings under the prestigious project of ‘Telanganaku Haritha Haram’, said District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed.
He discussed about planting of one lakh saplings under City Municipal Corporation limits as part of third phase of Haritha Haram at a review meeting with officials of various departments at the Collectorate here on Wednesday.
Addressing the officials, the Collector said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will start the third phase of Haritha Haram programme in the first week of July from Karimnagar district. About 95 members of Green Brigadiers were deployed for successful implementation of the programme under city municipal limits.
