Hyderabad: Jain Heritage a Cambridge School at Shamirpet celebrated International Yoga Day on Wednesday. A special assembly was conducted marking the occasion. Students presented an article on the importance of the day.
The guest of the day KNP Rao of Ramachandra Mission elucidated the significance of Yoga in the daily life. It was followed by a brief training session on relaxation in which the children were taught some simple techniques and easy exercises to connect themselves with the energy body.
The programme was concluded with a video session on the basics of Yoga and Meditation by Shri Kamalesh D Patel, the head of Shri Ramchandra World Rajayoga Mission. Principal Babu Rao and the staff were the other participants of the occasion.
