Cases under the Act were booked against the following persons: Mohammed Biyabani, Shaik Younis, Mohammed Salim, Mohammed Alimuddin, Mohammed Mukthar and Mohammed Yakub of Shambunipet in Warangal Urban district.

The Police Commissioner, Sudheer Babu, said the accused have committed ten robberies on the outskirts of the city by targeting women moving alone. “We are collecting details of habitual offenders all over the city from the police officials concerned and would keep a tab on their movements,” he said.
