A girl, who never believed in dreams but just trusted that the knowledge and hardwork are the two main mantras for success, is finally enjoying the sweetness of it. “I am over delighted by the opportunity” says Priyanka Rachabattuni a research scholar whose efforts put in is turning fruitful as she gets selected for world’s best summer schools i.e. Harvard and Tibbon.

A girl, who never believed in dreams but just trusted that the knowledge and hardwork are the two main mantras for success, is finally enjoying the sweetness of it. “I am over delighted by the opportunity” says Priyanka Rachabattuni a research scholar whose efforts put in is turning fruitful as she gets selected for world’s best summer schools i.e. Harvard and Tibbon.

Priyanka is a Ph.D. research scholar from Translation Studies, Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies, School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad (UoH). She will be attending “IBN Tibbon Translation Studies Doctoral and Teacher Training Summer School” which has begun at University of Granada, Spain till 4 July 2017.

And Harvard University’s 7 edition “World Literature Program” is going to be held at University of Copenhagen, Denmark from July 4 to 26. IBN Tibbon Translation Studies Doctoral and Teacher Training Summer School is a joint initiative by 5 different universities (University of Ljubljana, Slovenia; Boğaziçi University, Turkey; University of Turku and University of Tampere, Finland; University of Granada, Spain) and focuses, in particular, on contemporary research into literary and non-literary works from a historical perspective.

World’s Eminent Professors like Mona Baker, University of Manchester, UK Dr Dorothy Kelly, University of Granada, Spain Dr Kaisa Koskinen, University of Tampere, Finland Dr Tamara Mikolič Južnič, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia etc. are participating in the workshop.

Harvard University’s 7th edition “World Literature Program” is organised by the Institute of World Literature. The Institute for World Literature (IWL) has been created to explore the study of literature in a globalizing world. World Leading literary figures in World Literature like Alexander Breecroft – University of South Carolina, Christian Dehl – University of Copenhagen, Thomas Claviez – University of Bern, David Damrosch - Harvard University etc.

are participating and will offer seminars and lectures. Nearly 160 Participants are participating from more than 70 countries from across the globe.“I have prepared a set of notes already to discuss with the prominent people. I want to make the best use of this opportunity to learn something and implement it here in the right way” shares Priyanka.
