My suspension affected bank’s functioning: Raghava Reddy
The bank chairman J Raghava Reddy, who reassumed the charge on Saturday after two months’ suspension’ addressed a press conference on the bank premises in Hanamkonda Tuesday. He said the courts’ decision to stay the suspension has proved the allegations wrong and he came out clean.

He claimed that the government’s decision to suspend him from the position has affected the functioning of the bank for the past two months. The allegations of corruption in the bank’s functioning made by MLA E Dayakar Rao and others are false and baseless.
‘The MLA is not able to digest increasing public support to me in Palakurthy constituency and targetted me. What he achieved with his false allegations is to mess up the bank’s activities thus affected farmers interests,’ Raghava Reddy noted.
