He along with District Superintendent of Police Vishwajeet Kampati inspected the accident spot where a farmer, Bhumaiah, died on the spot after hit by a sand-laden lorry while crossing the road on Sunday.
The Collector and the SP inquired the local people about the accident. The Collector directed the R&B officials to construct two speed breakers at the accident spot and electric lights and a check post.
Krishna Bhaskar assured to help the family members of Bhumaiah. R&B Executive Engineer Vigneshwar Reddy also accompanied the Collector.
