Kothagudem: District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu on Wednesay directed the Agriculture extension officers to submit the results of the Intensive Farmers’ Survey (IFS) by July 25.

Addressing Tahsildars, agriculture officers in a meeting held at the Collectorate, the Collector said the survey data would be very useful in implementing various schemes and asked the officers to fill the 11-element proforma in the survey.

The agricultural officers should take details of land information in every village, including agricultural and non-agricultural and the farmers who have had pattas.

He said all officers should pay special interest in collecting data from the farmers and should submit the survey report as early as possible. Joint Collector M RamKishan and others attended the meeting.
