Youth volunteer selection on July 13
Last date for application for the post of National Youth Volunteer is extended to July 10. Interested candidates, who are born in the district; between the age group of 18 to 29 years and who have completed SSC can apply for the post, said Nehru Yuva Kendra in-charge coordinator M Ramchander Rao.

Interested candidates, who are born in the district; between the age group of 18 to 29 years and who have completed SSC can apply for the post, said Nehru Yuva Kendra in-charge coordinator M Ramchander Rao.
In a press released here on Wednesday, he said that they have extended the date, in view of less number of applications received during the period. Ramchander said that they will conduct interviews on July 13. Preference will be given to students with higher educational qualifications, computer knowledge, women and members of associated organisations of Nehru Yuva Kendra.
Selected candidates would be paid transport allowance and honorary salary of Rs 5,000 per month. The selected candidates has to tour at least two mandals and create awareness among the youth by conducting camps on sports, health, literacy and cleanliness and other social issues.
The candidates term would by end by March 31, 2018. Service would be extended to two years for those, who work well. Application forms are available at Nehru Yuva Kendra Central office free of cost.
