KUDA ready with 10 lakh saplings
Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA), which has been working on growing 10 lakh saplings for the phase-III of Telanganaku Haritha Haram (THH), is all set to make it a huge success when the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao launches the programme in Karimnagar on July 12.Â

Disclosing the action plan for the THH here on Thursday, KUDA Chairman Marri Yadava Reddy said that they have made arrangements for the distribution of 10 lakh saplings. He said that these saplings are being raised at Bhattupally and Madikonda.
“We will arrange a vehicle for the distribution of saplings within the limits of KUDA,” Reddy said, appealing to people to make use of the opportunity.
KUDA horticulture officer Prakash said they made at least 40 species of saplings, including fruit-bearing plants such as guava, lemon, pomegranate, berry and amla, ready for the distribution.
