10 meal scheme introduced at Nalgonda govt hospital
Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy on Friday introduced Rs 10 meals at district government hospital for the convenience of attendants of patients.
Nalgonda: Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy on Friday introduced Rs 10 meals at district government hospital for the convenience of attendants of patients.
The Minister launched the scheme along with District Collector Gaurav Uppal, MP Gutha Sukender Reddy and TSFDC Chairman Banda Narender Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the scheme was the brain child of district Collector Gaurav Uppal launched for attendants of patients.
As part of the programme, meals would be provided to 400 attendants and it would be increased in coming days. District Jail Superintendent Dr Srinivas will look after the programme, Reddy added.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has been paying special attention towards the development hospitals including PHCs, the Minister said, listing out various reforms and welfare programmes implemented in the state.
