Slams KCR, govt for delaying in issuing the notification for the conduct of DSC exam

Khammam: The All India Youth Federation (AIYF) has slammed the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao stating that he was behaving like a monarch and taking decisions without consulting experts and lawyers.

It said the Chief Minister was playing with the lives of unemployed youth by issuing notification of Gurukul teacher posts and postponing it three times till date.

The representatives of the Federation burnt an effigy of Chief Minister in Khammam on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Federation’s state secretary Siddineni Karna Kumar said that many unemployed youth were investing thousands of money in coaching centres and preparing for the (District Selection Committee) DSC examination expecting that the government would issue notification for filling up of vacant teacher posts soon. However, the government has been putting off the dates and playing with the lives of jobless youth.

“Before going to elections, the TRS party promised one lakh jobs. It must tell people how many posts it has sanctioned and how many posts are filled till date.

The government is deceiving unemployed youth by appointing persons on contract and outsourcing basis like that of previous governments,” he criticised.

He demanded the government to immediately issue notification for the conduct of DSC examination apart from providing a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000 to every jobless youth in the state.

AIYF representatives Katakuri Satish Reddy, Pothula Sudharshan, Mekala Rama Rao, Potu Naga Raju, Gatla Shiva, Sai and Mahesh were present along with others.
