A school that caters to weaker sections
After 55 glorious years, Tagore’s Home New Era Institute is on golden threshold. Founded by M S Koteshwaran in the year 1962, the school caters to children belonging to economically weaker sections. In accordance with the founder’s wishes the school gives quality education at minimum cost. The foundation of the school was laid by Swami Chinmayananda.

Principal Gayathri Shankar of this school has received many awards from Rotary Club, Lion’s International Club, Simply Jaipur Best Principal award 2016 etc. She has also been honoured by neighbouring schools, colleges and temples for her selfless service in the field of education. Through her efforts students have received full fledged scholarships to college.
Students are regulars as delegates at International Children’s Film Festival and get international exposure. Students get a wider exposure and are encouraged to participate in inter school competitions. Students are given all round education. They script and stage drams, choreograph dances, write poetry.
They are encouraged to become good orators through debates and speeches. Numerous competitions and events are held at the campus like science fairs, quiz, Gita chanting also innovative events like Rangoli, Mehendi, hair style are also conducted to bring in the hidden talent of the students.
Recently, students have participated in Lavani Dance and have entered High Range Book of records. Students get free midday meals, free text books, free uniform from the government.
They also undergo free eye check up and are provided free spectacles every year. Also there is a free dental check up at the campus done every year.
The team work put in by entire staff, the sustained efforts of primary in-charge Bramaramba have resulted in retaining high standards of education.
