TRS leader rams car into parked lorry, dies in Narketpally
A TRS leader was killed in a gruesome road accident that took place on Narketpally bypass road in the early hours of Friday.
Dubbaka Satish Reddy was returning to his native Chityal from Visakhapatnam by car when the incident took place
Narketpally: A TRS leader was killed in a gruesome road accident that took place on Narketpally bypass road in the early hours of Friday.
According to police, the TRS leader, Dubbaka Satish Reddy, rammed his car into a parked lorry on the roadside on Narketpally bypass road. Death was instant for Reddy who suffered critical head injuries.
The incident occurred when Reddy was returning to his native Chityal from Visakhapatnam by car. When he reached Narketpally, he lost control over the vehicle and rammed into the parked lorry. While Reddy breathed his last instantaneously, his car was completely damaged.
Upon receiving information, Nakrekal MLA Vemula Veersham rushed to the spot and examined the site. Meanwhile, police shifted the body to Nalgonda government hospital.
After autopsy, it was handed over to his family members. Satish Reddy’s wife Mamatha is an MPTC from Nereda of Chityal mandal and his brother Dubbaka Narasimha Reddy is TRS party Nalgonda constituency in-charge.
Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukender Reddy, MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy condoled the family members of the deceased. Narketpally police filed a case and started the probe.
