Suryapet: Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy stated that a majority of successful industrialists struggled from lower stage and grabbed the opportunities by improving skills.

On Friday, the Minister launched Mega Job Mela at Public Club in Suryapet, which was organised jointly by Guntakandla Savitramma Foundation and Tata Strive.

Addressing the unemployed youth, Reddy said, state had unemployment problem and at the same time to provide skilled employees for the industries, job melas were designed.

Tata Strive of Hyderabad has come forward to improve necessary skills in the unemployed youth to help settle in their lives.

Based on their educational qualifications, the selected candidates would undergo training from six to 13 weeks at Hyderabad, informed the Energy Minister .

Stating that youth has to work with burning desire to reach their goals, Jagadish Reddy advised the aspirants to utilise the opportunities.

Muncipal Chairperson Ganduri Pravallika, District Library Chairman Srinivas Goud, RDO Mohan Rao, TATA Trust representatives and large number of unemployed youth participated in the programme.
