The demonstration highlighted how hukkahcentres, and parlours like snookers and carrom board rooms are main centres for supply of drugs.
The participants led by MA Mujeeb demanded complete closure of such establishments and that a ban be imposed on them
Mujeeb highlighted the side effects of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products, stating that these products are main cause of other crimes.
“As there is complete prohibition in Gujarath and Bihar on the same line we demand the State to implement it here,” he said.
