Krishna district Sepak Takraw Jr girl team wins Silver medal
Krishna district junior girl’s team bagged silver medal in 21st Junior Inter-district Sepak Takraw Championship which was held at Montessori B-campus in Kurnool recently. Krishna district Sepak Takraw two-girl and two-boy players were selected to Andhra Pradesh junior team.

The silver medal winning girls team reached the city on Tuesday. Krishna District Sepak Takraw Association (KDSTA) vice-president Dr Obul Reddy lauded the player’s performance in the final match.
He personally praised who were selected for AP team at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) stadium in Vijayawada.
Krishna district players B Raja Kumar, G Bhavani, K Chandra Mouli and M Dinesh Kumar were selected to Andhra Pradesh junior girl and boy teams. According to KDSTA secretary Simhadri Ramesh, the junior nationals will be held in Himachal Pradesh.
