Ramagundam: Stringent action will be initiated against tipper drivers, if they are found driving carelessly, warned Ramagundam traffic police.
Following the orders of Commissioner of Police Vikram Jeet Duggal, the traffic police conducted check-ups and seized seven tippers for over loading coal and also for not covering the load with tarpaulin.
The police warned the drivers to cover the tipper with tarpaulin cover whenever they transport sand, coal and ash.
