The villagers of Indaram has been getting water supply from the tank for the last 40 years. Due to poor maintenance over all these years, the tank is now in dilapidated condition.

Teachers are worried that the tank may collapse at any time. Speaking to The Hans India, villagers Regunta Rakesh and Faiz alleged that the officials of the department concerned failed to act even after the issue was taken to their notice by both villagers and teachers.

They questioned as to who will take the responsibility if any mishap occurs, where many students of poor families are studying in the school, expressing angry over the officials’ indifferent attitude.
